Straw yellow, clean and bright.
Nose
High aromatic intensity, highlighting notes of white and citrus flowers, fresh fruit like peach, and a toasted background that is due to its special elaboration and aging in oak.
Mouth
Offers deep notes of nectarine, thyme and nutmeg well integrated with slight mineral touches and nuts. Delicate tannins provided by the oak that make this an elegant, noble wine and sensations that linger in a long citrus finish.

Vineyard and processing
Elaboration (vinification)
In its preparation, the grapes are manually pressed by extracting a maximum of 50% of the must and pass directly into a new French oak barrel where it is fermented at a controlled temperature of 16 ºC, partly with natural yeasts. A percentage of the must is clarified (to give fineness and length) and the other unclarified (to give texture). Created for 6 months on lees with weekly battonage to give creaminess and malolactic fermentation in a small proportion of them.
Vineyard (viticulture)
The 2015 harvest may perhaps qualify as one of Raimat's best in recent years. The climatology was very favorable: low rainfall, which favored a very healthy harvest and cool temperatures at night and warm during the day, which allowed us to obtain excellent grapes with all their maturity, very good intensity of fruity aromas and freshness.
Selective manual harvesting of the best plot of each variety was performed, and only the optimum area for this product. The harvest is nocturnal and is made in boxes of 10 kg to avoid that the grape can be oxidized and is transported quickly to the cellar to be processed.
