The Great Reserve cavas are those that have spent a minimum of 30 months of aging with the lees. They are high quality cavas, with a lot of personality and great aromatic complexity. In this type of cellars, the primary fruity aromas give their prominence to the secondary characteristics characteristic of aging in lees. Thanks to the long aging the carbonic one is very integrated, contributing a sensation of creaminess. Great Reserve cavas are the most gastronomic cavas with a wide range of pairings. The range of Prestige Ars Collecta cavas headed by the emblematic Ars Collecta 457, as well as Parxet Aniversari, Titiana Montalegre or Mont-Ferrant Gran Cuvée, are excellent standards of this type of cellars.
