Bruno Colomer has been the main enologist of Codorníu since 2008, during which time he has perfected his knowledge and experience in the diversity and selection of vineyards.

Keeping our spirit of innovation, in recent years both he and his team have installed a microcellar within our cellar called Celler Jaume, which pays homage to the origins of the house. This is where Bruno leads all the learning projects aimed at improving all the Codorníu cellars day by day. A learning center thanks to which Anna de Codorníu can be perfected year after year.

Our philosophy is to create a diversity of cavas, both young and with a prolonged aging, but all with a common denominator: maximum quality with a fresh and modern style, maintaining the main characteristics of each grape variety. This can be achieved thanks to our origins: farm and certified vineyards of three different terroirs, three zones within the Denomination of Cava and different grape varieties.
