Elaboration (vinification)
Mont Ferrant is the oldest cava producer in Spain. Over 150 years dedicated to the elaboration of quality sparkling wines, strictly adhering to traditional methods, and resulting in wines of breath-taking personality, marked by strong acidity, an exceptional capability for laying down, and a character that is hard to forget.
Vineyard (viticulture)

Climatology: The winter of 2013 was normal and dry, and the spring was rainy and cold, which delayed the sprouting of the plant and the ripening of the fruit. The September rains also contributed to this fact, that this year the harvest was significantly later than in recent years. The 2013 cavas are fresh, aromatic and elegant.
