Parxet
In 1920 the first bottles of Parxet cava, made through the méthode champenoise, were released. Parxet's name comes from the French ‘parchet’ which means "small piece of vineyard". The winery tries to assume the highest level of sophistication, elegance, uniqueness and subtlety possible, without losing sight of the love for the purity of the fruit, the balance and the fundamental importance of the tasks of the vineyard and the richness of the soil, adopting a role of interpreters, rather than manipulators of Nature. The Parxet cavas are of excellent quality, the result of a careful elaboration, with a great variety of dosages and aging, among which the Parxet Aniversari, made with the native variety Pansa Blanca or the Parxet Brut Rosé, 100% Pinot Noir.
