Pairing
A perfect matching with warm salads, stuffed pastries, fish casseroles, sea food, poultry with cream sauces or without a lot of spices, white meats, paellas and even with a delicately light curry. It also pairs well with spicy or vegetarian dishes thanks to the Chardonnay varietal’s characteristic creaminess.
Tasting Note

Straw-yellow with green hues and a steely rim.
Nose
Intense, varietal aromas, with salient notes of ripe fruit (bananas, pineapples, peaches and lemony citrus notes) contributing freshness to the whole.

Elaboration (vinification)
Most of the grapes entered the winery progressively over the month of September. The bunches were destemmed and lightly crushed. Once the must was decanted, it underwent alcoholic fermentation under strictly controlled conditions at 16º C in order to preserve its aromas.
Vineyard (viticulture)
Grapes from two regions of Catalonia. The Alt Penedès winegrowing region, whose microclimates guarantee perfect ripening and optimum aromatic expression, and the Costers de Segre Appellation of Origin which produces fresh, vivacious chardonnays of great intensity.
