Fermentation at a low controlled temperature in stainless steel vats.
Vineyard (viticulture)
The soils are deep with sandy soils. The vineyards are situated in the municipality of Serrada a 750 meters of altitude. Some plots of vineyards are formed with old vines in gobelet form. The large majority are younger vines and trellissed.
