  • The grapes used to make Codorniu Gran Cremant are mainly grown in the area of the Cava designated wine growing area which enjoys a more moderate Mediterranean climate.

Grown in vineyards especially chosen by our team of winegrowers, who work with our suppliers year round to ensure the best end results, by monitoring the maturity, choosing just the right moment for harvest and advise them in order that the grapes reach our cellars in the best possible conditions, with direct transport from the vineyard to the winery.

  • Perfect as an aperitif, or with dried fruits and nuts, savoury tarts, assorted appetisers, etc.

The Seco and Semi Seco are perfect to go with desserts.
