Since time immemorial, men and women have sought to obtain better yields from the land and plants by knowing them and tendering to them.
Science is the keen eye; technology the highly precise hand. At Codorníu we use both in order to understand and respect the soil, the plant and the fruit and thus safeguard the magical process that yields cava.
OOn the cutting edge of quality, Codorníu promotes viticultural research and development programmes related to all phases of cava winemaking.
